Yum! Yum!

Tip:
I have had great success drying chives on a framed screen. It's just a wooden
frame with screen stretched across. (or an old window screen will do) Rinse the
chives to remove dirt and then snip with a pair of scissors into 1/4" pieces.
Spread out over the screen and let dry turning every so often. If you let them
shrivel too much they'll lose more flavor. Store in a jar in the cupboard, fridge or
freezer. It's best to use these in something with moisture but also good just
sprinkled on top of baked potatoes. I also dry my mint this way, with or without
the stems.
