Well, I have collected quite a few of these 12 Days of
Christmas ideas- some are on food storage items, food
for the holidays(provides a complete meal/dinner after
all is delivered) and  a couple of cutesy gifts,etc. I
even have one for the 12 days AFTER Christmas(which
someone would really enjoy- all fun and relaxation
stuff) 

Here is a simple one:

It's the first day of Christmas
Now, don't you be blue
For here is a little gift
'specially for you!
             Your Secret Friend

It's the second day of Christmas
There's so much to do,
These two little magnets
Will hold memos for you!

It's the third day of Christmas
And what do you see
Three handmade ornaments
to hang on the tree

It's the fourth day of Christmas
and to hang on your tree
are four handsome reindeer
for everyone to see!

On the fifth day of Christmas
for a sweet, juicy treat
these mandarin oranges
you just can not beat.

On the sixth day of Christmas
are six gingerbread boys for your tree,
to help make your Christmas
Merry as can be.

On the seventh day of Christmas
to lick or to bite,
are seven home made suckers
a delicious delight.

It's the eighth day of Christmas
these cupcakes are bringing
eight little choir boys
merrily singing.

It's the ninth day of Christmas
as we know you won't be sorry
put up your feet and relax
and enjoy our little story.

The tenth day of Christmas
brings to your door,
these cookies and squares
and good wishes galore.

On the eleventh day of Christmas
the big days not long
here is your chance to learn a new song

It's the last day of Christmas
and it's been such fun
to come as your secret friend
Now the 12 days are done.
We hope you will take some minutes to ponder
Special thoughts our our Savior will fill you with
wonder.
