One food you can eliminate that will make a HUGE difference Ok, so technically it's a drink, but in my opinion the number one item most people should cut from their diet is: Soft Drinks Folks, I don't care how the manufacturer wraps it and puts a bow on the box, it's all pure sugar. Specifically high fructose corn syrup, which, along with trans-fat is the other item you should try to cut completely out of your diet. Calling it soda, power drink, energy drink, teas (bottled), elixers, whatEVER. It's all the same garbage. 40+ grams of pure sugar per serving. For you coffee drinkers out there, if you want some perspective, imagine adding 10 teaspoons of sugar to each cup of coffee in the morning! If you drink 3 cans of soda per day that's 450 calories and 30 teaspoons of sugar. Forget body fat, just think about what that must do to your teeth! -------------------------------------------------------- Vic Holtreman participated in and completed the Body-for-LIFE challenge and has recently written his first book titled "The Last 10 Pounds.
