From: Sue Sherlock posted at CraftPals by Gail Glitter Angel Cut an angel out of white felt (I use cookie cutters in various sizes, traced onto plastic for my pattern). Coat with a thin layer of white glue and sprinkle with white, gold or silver glitter (to "extend" white glitter mix it with Epson salts). For extra glitz add some narrow gold or silver braid or trim as accents. With a darning needle, thread lightweight fishing line through top (for an invisible hanger). Don't forget to do both sides of your angel (looks better when they twirl around on your tree!), I have made hundreds of these with Brownies, Girl Guides and "kids" of all ages at our Advent Adventurecraft night at church. Happy crafting! Angel Cream Night is here and its time to go to bed. But, before you lay down your sleepy head, On the back of your hand, rub some angel cream So angels will watch over you as you dream! Take a baby food jar and just put in some vanilla scented hand lotion, Suave brand, and then added some glitter (very small, ultra fine) mixed it up. Then took a peace of offwhite lace and glued to the top of the baby food jar and then tied with a ribbon. Turned out really cute! Put a this poem on the label. Turned out just darling!
