From: "Beth Flowers" To: I have a FANTASTIC remedy for ANY scalp problem, and you make it at home and save a bundle on purchased scalp problems. I picked up some sort of terrible "mange" from my hair dresser after a perm. I don't know what it was, but it was TERRIBLE. I tried ALL of the strongest over the counter dandruff products with little effect. Since I grow and use herbs, I consulted a herb group online for advice. It worked within a week! Now I use this simple recipe all the time, and my hair has never been healthier! My new hubby is using this now as well..... I have permed and colored hair which would always become dry with commercial products, even expensive salon conditioners......but not anymore with these simple recipes. Rosemary/Apple Cider Vinegar hair rinse.... 2 Rosemary tea bags (or cut up and crush one good clump of Rosemary from the grocery store) Put in a quart of boiling water and let steam until water is the color of Apple Cider Vinegar.. Strain off rosemary or remove rosemary tea bags and add to the mixture an equal part of Apple Cider Vinegar. Add drops of Rosemary Essential Oil (6 to 12) Pour over scalp and hair after each shampoo and pour on affected areas a second time if necessary. My hair smells "herbal" until it is dry. By then the smell fades away. I go a step further..... I spritz lemon juice onto my hair, especially the ends which would become dry first....It acts as a mild "setting lotion", and gives my hair a fresh lemony smell. Most importantly, the lemon juice is a conditioner to my hair. Don't ask me why....I grew up thinking vinegar and lemon juice were cleaning agents that stripped dirt and grime out of clothes, carpet, etc....but I have been using this herbal recipe for over 2 years, and NOTHING would convince me to change. My hair is shoulder-blade length, full and fluffy, and I have NEVER been able to grow it this long because of drying ends. Beth in East Texas
